We’re thrilled to share our 2023-2024 Impact Report, highlighting the incredible achievements of our students and the growth of our programs!
This past year has been one of remarkable progress at Project SYNCERE. With the support of our dedicated partners, donors, and volunteers, we’ve been able to make a significant impact in the lives of underrepresented students pursuing STEM careers.
Key highlights from this year’s report include:
- Expanding our reach: We served 2,549 students through our ENpowered and E-CADEMY programs.
- Empowering academic success: 100% of our E-CADEMY high school seniors enrolled in college to pursue STEM majors.
- Breaking down financial barriers: We awarded $50,000 in Boeing scholarships to ensure that financial need doesn’t hinder students from pursuing their dreams.
- Building a strong community: 118 volunteers dedicated 510 hours to support our programs.
