High School Summer
Overview
We are excited to host our ENpowered High School Summer STEM camp again this summer. This program is for aspiring engineers and is an excellent opportunity to learn about the exciting fields of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) through our project-based learning curriculum.
This program is designed for students with a strong interest and desire to learn about STEM. It was created to give students the opportunity to engage in topics focused on the sciences and to better prepare them for pursuing STEM-related careers.

To be considered for the ENpowered High School Summer STEM Camp, applicants must:
- Be a resident of the City of Chicago.
- Complete and submit the application by the deadline.
- Upload their most recent report card or progress report.
- Complete all essay questions included in the application.
- Commit to attending the full six-week program if accepted.
- Complete the After School Matters application upon acceptance.

Applicants must be Chicago residents and at least 14 years old by June 29, 2026, to be eligible for an After School Matters stipend. Applications will be reviewed holistically, and finalists may be invited for an interview prior to admission decisions.
